Syanug When I click to check for updates, the software will prompt that there is no Internet connection. I tried to turn off/turn on the network proxy, but it did not work. My other applications can connect normally
Tmod700 Syanug Same here even though I can click on the contact us link to this forum and it takes me there. I am starting to question what testing if any was done prior to release. Seems odd to miss that one.
jv16 Clicking a link opens the browser. Checking for updates is quite a different process. Also, to be clear, are you talking about jv16 PowerTools? As these messages are posted to the jv16 PowerTools forum.
