Did you click the "Save Settings" button after changing the language in Settings? When clicking the desired language in Settings, the UI shows a preview of how it would look with the new language, but doesn't save it. After changing language, you need to click "Save Settings" and Uninstalr will prompt you to restart the app. After the restart, the chosen language will remain active.
In regards of apps' icons in Uninstalr UI, we are aware that they might not be perfect in this version. We have been trying to improve that, since version 2.6 and we will again try to make it better in the next versions. When we are tackling cosmetic issues, we noticed that it is better to "improve one step at a time". Unfortunately, there is no standard way in Windows to get the icon of an installed app and this makes it difficult to get all of them correctly displayed.
