I am on version 2.8, so I know I need to update, I just wanted to see if this was a known issue that has been fixed, or if not then bring it to light.
I used Uninstalr to remove Docker from my system the other day since I noticed it was taking up a lot of space and I wasn't using any containers or development features anymore. Afterwards I noticed that every subfolder of my C:\ProgramData folder had been emptied out, but all of the folder structure remained, though it did leave C:\ProgramData\Microsoft and C:\ProgramData\Docker alone.
