So, you want me to fix bugs that you don't even report. Okay, thanks. Will do. I shall put on my mind reading hat and find out what these specific bugs are and will do my best fixing them.

Also, I'm currently working on an update for jv16 PowerTools. So if there are any actual bugs you or someone else is experiencing, now would be a good time to report them. If you don't report bugs, I cannot fix them.

(1) You didn´t even answer my questions.
(2) Who said i didn´t report them earlier? It´s only that it doesn´t matter anymore for me....now! I am NOT using it anymore!
(3) Even without bugs i can´t find any reason to use and recommend outdated software. You are ".....currently working on an update for jv16 PowerTools".... as you said in april. The last one was in early 2023.

You still don´t understand the point. It´s up to YOU to keep the software free of bugs (of course with feedback of the users). But it´s also up to YOU to be creative and innovative. You blame it on the users. Other develepoers don´t ask for that, they try to be the first who releases new features. Others partially deliver updates even monthly, but surprise me.... i´m looking forward to a new groundbreaking version. Maybe i´ll give it a new try.

I asked you to list any bugs you have seen and reported in the software. You did not. Therefore it sounded like you have never reported any.

Let me repeat myself: If you know any bugs in the software, please report them. I cannot fix bugs that do not get reported. If you see a bug in the software, that doesn't mean that everyone else is necessarily seeing the same issue. Not all bugs show up for every user. That makes fixing them difficult.

If you have reported any bugs that have not been fixed, please report them again so I can fix them. I'm not blaming anyone but I'm simply stating the simple fact that if you are not reporting bugs, I cannot fix them.

jv16 That´s because i don´t use it any more and then i told you what they were! Similar to what @[deleted] reported. Sometimes it got frozen during work, sometimes it crashed totally, sometimes it didn´t even start.

And let ME repeat: Meanwhile i don´t care anymore, because even with bugfixes it´s simply OUTDATED! Why should i return to it, when i´m fine without it? Currently i don´t even have to pay, because there´s great modern freeware. I don´t wanna promote those options here, that would not be fair, but everyone can ask ai for the best alternatives. So give the users a reason to stay/return.

Tell me the steps to reproduce these mentioned issues and I can try to fix them. If I can see the problems, I can fix them.

I’ve already reported the steps but as the problem couldn’t be reproduced by the devs nothing else was suggested.
On scanning it was fine, cleaning just froze at a specific % & I had to force close the program.

If a bug cannot be reproduced, it's very difficult to fix. Many developers do not even try to fix such issues. I tried, but couldn't find the issue.
